MedRx offers online training for our products. MedRx TeamViewer or GoToMeeting allows the MedRx trainer to access your computer remotely over any TCP / IP connection (broadband recommended.) After the connection is established, the MedRx trainer will be able to view and control your machine, walking you step by step through our MedRx software.
